Zach Baker President Michigan Market
Zach is a chemist with over eight years of experience in the cannabis industry. As General Manager of Manufacturing at Bud & Mary’s Michigan, he oversees key performance indicators, cost of goods sold, team development, and works to clear the path for his team’s execution and success. During his time with Bud & Mary’s, Zach has helped bring both the Iowa and Michigan manufacturing facilities from construction through certificate of occupancy. His product innovation work includes developing Iowa’s first all-distillate, terpene-infused vaporization product, pioneering a hybrid cannabinoid extraction process, and creating innovative solutions within the market. Zach has built his reputation—and his team’s culture—around five pillars: consistency, attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills, and passion. He is equally driven by revenue growth, product innovation, and the professional and personal development of those around him. Outside of work, Zach is an avid runner, fisherman, and outdoors enthusiast. He is also a devoted movie buff with a deep love of music, particularly ’90s hip-hop and classic rock, as well as a passionate college football fan. Travis Long General Manager Missouri Market
Travis Long is the General Manager of Bud & Mary’s Missouri market. With over 15 years of experience spanning hospitality, temporary services, manufacturing, and cannabis, Travis brings a hands-on, passionate approach to business management, leadership and operations, quickly rising from Project Manager to General Manager. Travis developed a strong work ethic and passion for business management at a young age, beginning his career in the hospitality industry at 14. During high school, he took vocational classes and worked for his father’s temp service, specializing in banquets, catering, and housekeeping. Travis ultimately took over the family business in the face of unexpected challenges, rebranded it and secured high-profile accounts, including serving Governor Matt Blunt at the Governor’s Mansion. After exploring various other trades, Travis discovered his true calling in Missouri’s emerging cannabis market. In 2022, he deepened his expertise by joining one of Canada’s leading extraction companies and learning advanced techniques, ultimately bringing his knowledge to the cannabis industry in Missouri. His work led to the successful approval of state operations, and under his leadership, the company achieved significant recognition, including winning the Cannabis Cup for #1 infused pre-roll. Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He is passionate about personal development through online study, and enjoys sports, particularly tennis, golf, and fantasy football. A dedicated Kansas City Royals and Chiefs fan, Travis also loves traveling and exploring new experiences.
Eric Friedlander VP Operations
Eric Friedlander is the Vice President of Operations for Bud & Mary’s. Eric joined Bud & Mary’s when it was still MedPharm, in 2019 and began as Director of Compliance. He brings years of experience with occupational and educational backgrounds in law prior to joining the Bud & Mary’s team. He is a highly analytical and critical thinker who thrives in challenging situations. Eric served as a Quality Assurance and Compliance Director for a Medical Collection agency before moving to Colorado to get into the cannabis industry. He began working in the cannabis industry at the beginning of 2015 and worked as a Regional Manager overseeing retail, cultivation, and manufacturing operations, prior to coming to MedPharm. Eric has played an integral part in optimizing, standardizing, and streamlining processes and product offerings across all states. He handles procurement of cannabis and non-cannabis inventories and over the first few years working at B&M was able to drive costs down through operational efficiencies and vendor negotiations, saving the company millions of dollars annually. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida. He is from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In his free time he plays baseball and basketball competitively, is an avid snowboarder and first and only golfer to hit a hole-in-one in any of the 120+ LemonHaze Cannabis Golf Tournaments. Eric lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife, daughter, and 3 dogs.

Lindsey is the Vice President of Revenue for Bud & Mary’s. Since joining Bud & Mary’s six years ago, Lindsey has played an integral role in Bud & Mary’s growth in Colorado, and her current focus is on helping lead the business’s global expansion. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, she earned her degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Lindsey’s background in social work has played a key role in shaping her people-first sales approach. Her skill at listening closely to clients, understanding their unique challenges, and offering solutions that help build long-lasting relationships have propelled her success as a sales leader. A passionate mentor and coach, Lindsey empowers her teams by encouraging creativity and flexibility and ensuring they approach every deal with a balance of client success and company goals. She has completed the Lead Belay program to build upon her leadership skills and gain new insights on tackling challenges. Before joining Bud & Mary’s, Lindsey worked in large-format printing and custom fabrication sales, where she gained valuable experience in problem-solving and meeting diverse client needs. When she’s not working, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and their Golden Retriever. A dedicated sports fan, she’s always cheering on the Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Minnesota Golden Gophers—or heading out to play a game of pickleball or golf.
