Eric Friedlander is the Vice President of Operations for Bud & Mary’s. Eric joined Bud & Mary’s when it was still MedPharm, in 2019 and began as Director of Compliance. He brings years of experience with occupational and educational backgrounds in law prior to joining the Bud & Mary’s team. He is a highly analytical and critical thinker who thrives in challenging situations.
Eric served as a Quality Assurance and Compliance Director for a Medical Collection agency before moving to Colorado to get into the cannabis industry. He began working in the cannabis industry at the beginning of 2015 and worked as a Regional Manager overseeing retail, cultivation, and manufacturing operations, prior to coming to MedPharm. Eric has played an integral part in optimizing, standardizing, and streamlining processes and product offerings across all states. He handles procurement of cannabis and non-cannabis inventories and over the first few years working at B&M was able to drive costs down through operational efficiencies and vendor negotiations, saving the company millions of dollars annually.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida. He is from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In his free time he plays baseball and basketball competitively, is an avid snowboarder and first and only golfer to hit a hole-in-one in any of the 120+ LemonHaze Cannabis Golf Tournaments. Eric lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife, daughter, and 3 dogs.
