(Columbia, Missouri, December 11, 2024) – Como Health Holdings LLC, doing business as 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis, a Missouri-based company, has agreed to sell its processor business line to Bud & Mary’s, a multi-state cannabis licensed operator. The companies have finalized terms and are currently awaiting state approval for the transaction.
Como Health Holdings DBA 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis is one of Missouri’s leading dispensary chains with 5 locations in St. Louis, Columbia, and Branson West. 3Fifteen Primo takes pride in bringing customers great products at great prices with exceptional customer service. The sale marks a significant step for both companies as they aim to enhance their positions in the growing cannabis market.

Bud & Mary’s is a leading cannabis brand in Missouri, known for wholesaling its Batch Flavors vape brand. The Batch Flavors line is currently available in six different natural flavors, offered in 1-gram 510thread cartridges that never contain less than 80% THC. Bud & Mary’s plans to offer new products to the Missouri market in 2025, including Batch Signature, a line of All-in-one vapes and cartridges with cannabis-derived terpenes.
